What is Herbal Envy Skincare Return Policy?
Our return policy last 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return request, we require an order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
Email order@herbalenvyskincare.com for return approval before sending or returning items. Our Customer Service Team will review and reply with the next steps in process your request within 24 business hours. Any return received without a return approval number will be discarded. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
If you are within the return period and your purchase is not working for you, we’ve got you covered by offering an easy returns experience.
Authorization numbers are REQUIRED to make a return.
We will issue a refund to your original form of payment or provide a store credit.
Items returned must satisfy the requirements listed below in our Return Policy.
In most cases, whether your purchase was made at our local store or online at: www.HerbalEnvySkincare.com or the your local Framers Market your merchandise may be returned with an approval number ( from customer service ) original sales receipt or email containing the applicable order confirmation also items must be: unused, in original condition; unworn if apparel or accessories);
returned in their original box or package.
We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise without a Sales Receipt may be returned. If we determine that a return is warranted despite the lack of a Sales Receipt, the item(s) can only be exchanged or a store credit issued in the amount of the lowest price at which the item(s) was offered for sale in the 30-days period prior to the return.
No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
When you are returning or exchanging an item, you may be asked to provide certain personal information for purposes of confirming your purchase or otherwise processing your return (for example, you may be asked for your name, phone number, email address and/or billing address).
Additional terms may apply (as communicated in Return Policies posted in-store or provided via receipts for in-store purchases).
Returned items may be exchanged when returned in store. Items returned by mail may not be exchanged.
We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
How to I return an item bought using Afterpay as my form of payment?
If you need to return a product bought using Afterpay as a form of payment, please see the Afterpay Return Policy below.
To return items purchased using Afterpay, follow Herbal Envy Skincare standard return process and policy. We encourage you to mail in your returns of items purchased using Afterpay so that your refund syncs up with your Afterpay account. If your return has been approved, mail in your return to Herbal Envy Skincare, the refund will be made from Herbal Envy Skincare to Afterpay and when this refund is processed, it will drop into your Afterpay account, which can be accessed on Afterpay.com or the Afterpay App.
Refunds from any other types of returns of items purchased using Afterpay will not be applied to your Afterpay account and even if you receive a refund from Herbal Envy Skincare for such a return, you remain obligated to pay your Afterpay account in full (in accordance with Afterpay’s Purchase Payment Agreement). Return of items that arrive damaged or that were not ordered
To return items that arrived damaged or that were mistakenly shipped to you, please contact Customer Care at: order@HerbalEnvySkincare.com as soon as possible (and no later than 48 hours after the original purchase) for assistance.

Herbal Envy Skincare reserves the right to investigate circumstances concerning the return of items or claims of issues concerning the order, receipt or non-receipt of items.
CANCEL AND CHANGE REQUESTS
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact Customer Care at: order@HerbalEnvySkincare.com as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored. The time window for cancellations or changes is very short due to our automated, real time order fulfillment processes.
If part or all of your order is successfully canceled, we will send you an email for your records.
Please note:
For order changes, once we have confirmed your order, we cannot change or add anything to the order without attempting to cancel it first.
If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order. If this happens, simply call customer care for a RMA number and return the order once you receive it. See our Return Policy for further details. We don’t refund shipping for shipped orders.
